1. I am going to find a program online that I can access from my phone. I'd like to keep track of calories online. I think that might be a good idea for me to start a "visual" of what I am eating. If it's accessable from my cell phone I can imput any time, anyplace.
2. I am going to walk or do some form of physical activity at least 3 times a week.
3. I am going to bring a water bottle with me everywhere. I will drink 2L of water in one day.
